Returns and exchange policy

We really hope you love the pieces purchased from biggsy+smalls and that they will last your small ones through their big adventures.

We will always try our best to help you however possible; unfortunately though, given our unique and small curated collection, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for simple change of mind or wrong size. Instead a Store Credit will be issued for the purchase amount.

All orders placed are final and cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you order the correct style, colour, size and quantity.




In order to receive a Store Credit, the following requirements must be met. 

Australian Returns:

  • Item's must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a Store Credit.
  • All items must be in their original, unworn and unaltered condition with all tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied along with an order number. 
  • Sale items ~ we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange for any sale items, so please choose your sale purchases carefully.

International Returns:

  • Item's must be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a Store Credit.
  • All items must be in their original, unworn and unaltered condition with all tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied along with an order number. 
  • Sale items ~ we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange for any sale items, so please choose your sale purchases carefully.

Return steps 

1. Complete and email your returns form 

Please download our Returns Form here. Once completed, email it to us at hello@biggsyandsmalls.com. If your item is a faulty/ damaged item please include photos with the email. 

2. Pack and send your return 

To return your items, please include a printed copy of your Returns Form along with the items in their original condition. 

We suggest using a traceable method and taking note of your tracking number as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned time and are unable to refund/provide a Store Credit for any orders which may get lost. Postage/shipping costs are non-refundable. 

3. Product received and inspected 

Once your product has arrived back to us, your item will be checked over within 2-3 business days of receiving the item. Once the item has been cleared, the refund will be processed in the form of a Store Credit. 

You will be emailed a confirmation email once your Store Credit is completed. 

Faulty/damaged items 

We do carefully quality check all of our items before posting them out, although if you do receive a damaged or faulty item, we will endeavour to arrange a replacement as soon as possible, or alternatively, a full refund or Store Credit
(plus the shipping amount), based on an assessment from our manufacturer, will be offered.

Store Credit

A Store Credit is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) to use at any time in the next 12 months. This will be issued as an online gift card, where you will be emailed a unique code to enter upon checkout. 




  • For Australian returns, purchases that were over AUD$100 and eligible for free shipping (if any promotion applied), the Store Credit will be issued minus the cost of AUD$10 handling fee.
  • For purchases that were not eligible for our free shipping discount i.e. below AUD$100, a Store Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item/s. We do not refund the original shipping cost.





 

Pre-Orders

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the pre-ordered item/s arrive and then your order will be shipped together. Please let us know if you would like to spilt your order and have the in-stock item/s sent immediately. You will be required to pay any extra shopping fees if we ship item/s separately.

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee your pre-order will arrive on time, as there are often delays from the manufacturer which are out of our control. We will endeavour to update you if we expect delays.
We will not be able to cancel pre-orders, however we will be happy to assist with Store Credits when you receive the item.


Sale Items

We do not refund sale goods. These item/s are final sale item/s and can’t be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. This includes sample sale goods.

Refunds for Store Credits are not available. Should you wish to return an order purchased with a Store Credit, another Store Credit will be provided.
Occasionally, sample sale goods will be available for purchase. Please note, these goods are bound to have faults, including stains and size discrepancies. When purchasing sample sale goods, the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.


Details 

  • In line with our responsibility under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any returns/exchanges unless the return falls into the faulty or damaged category. 
  • It is advised that you use a traceable method and take note of your tracking number when posting back your items, biggsy+smalls will not be responsible for any items lost during transit and we will be unable to process a Store Credit/refund. 
  • For international customers, it is not biggsy+smalls' responsibility to pay any duties and taxes involved with you returning your items. Any costs biggsy+smalls may need to pay will be subtracted from the Store Credit/refund amount. 
  • biggsy+smalls has the right to refuse any Store Credits/refund if the item does not meet the requirements mentioned at the top of this page. 
  • No Store Credit or Refunds are available for  products which have natural spots made by processing of the fabrics.
